Our promise
We want you to have the right product. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to fix it.
Returns
- Unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of shipping.
- Please contact us before returning an item so we can arrange the return and give you instructions.
- Proof of purchase (an invoice or order number) is required.
Items that cannot be returned
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are defective:
- Blood glucose test strips, lancets and control solution
- Surgical and wound-care dressings
- Orthoses and braces that have been worn or adjusted
- Any item that has been used, damaged or is not in its original packaging
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of shipping. We will replace it at no cost to you or help you with a manufacturer warranty claim.
Refunds
- Medicare and Medicaid items: when an item billed to Medicare or Medicaid is returned, we will adjust the claim. Any copay or coinsurance you paid will be refunded according to the adjusted claim.
- Other payments: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size brace or crutches? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange for an unused item.
